"The institute is growing and requires employees who have very precise research skills, skills that are also often hard to find within the region. We've had a lot of success with hiring new immigrants as well as with recruiting abroad, adding to our team employees that strengthen it and who bring enthusiasm to their research as well as exemplary rigour to their work. Integration to the workplace as well as in the community has gone well, particularly with employees of Chinese origin who participate actively in the Chinese Association of Greater Moncton. At the institute we celebrate the New Year twice, the occidental new year of January 1st as well as the Chinese new year which takes place between mid-January and mid-February!"
