"We have an ongoing opportunity to have students from the Computer Science co-op program at UNB, work with us. They bring enthusiasm, skills and interests that are slightly different from those of our regular staff, thereby giving all of us the opportunity to learn while they learn. In a number of cases, these students have been new to Canada. This adds an even greater benefit to us as they add a cultural diversity to our workplace that we all enjoy very much. We have found the Multicultural Association of Fredericton to be very encouraging and helpful. We recently hired a graduate of the Computer Science program. This young man is a Chinese National and MCAF was very helpful to him and to us in dealing with the necessary Canada Immigration requirements for having him work in Canada."
